Physical Beauty and Moral-Spiritual Elegance(part 3)

Health, vitality, optimism, good mood, inner peace. It is natural to be beautiful when we are young. We can exercise our authority, not cold and frowning, but with dignity and a smile on our faces. Our voice should be calm, and our tone warm. We must not abandon our inherent femininity; thus, we will have a presentable appearance, cleanliness, a well-groomed hairstyle, and an overall pleasant sobriety. Politeness and elegance. We live in a community; the way we present ourselves, how we speak, how we react in all circumstances reveals our mentality, education, and character.

Spiritual beauty. Everything starts with the mind, what we think, how we see the situation. Physical beauty is incomplete if not animated by spiritual beauty. The idea is to live based on principles. Truth, compassion, and tolerance are part of moral philosophy. The reality is that few of us are concerned and interested in decency, with most being preoccupied with luxury and elegance. Although they are synonymous, luxury and elegance are totally opposite; luxury is opulent, while elegance is simplistic. The forgotten charm of elegance is simple, natural presence. The world has forgotten decency not only morally but also spiritually.

Simplicity is elegance. We need very little to live. Abundance does not bring with it grace or elegance.

  1. Without waste
  2. Minimalism/economy – to have nothing or almost nothing, thus experiencing spiritual, emotional, and intellectual joy.
  3. Space should be clean, orderly, and well-maintained. If the space is well-maintained, it automatically becomes elegant and charming. Promise yourself to keep only what you truly like; otherwise, you will become apathetic and sad.
