Physical Beauty and Moral-Spiritual Elegance(part 2)

Physical Beauty: Steps Towards Beauty

We are what we express through speech, appearance, posture, and behavior. We can be flirtatious or sober, well-groomed, full of a sense of balance, full of spiritual radiance that reflects on our face, in our attitude, in the grace with which we smile or spread it. Beauty is a desire of civilization and progress. Being beautiful is no longer a superficiality but a virtue of femininity, an expression of inner balance.

Moral elegance; silhouette and nutrition

There is a backward mentality, fortunately isolated, that considers taking care of oneself as selfish, egocentric, accusing you of loving yourself too much. Keeping our body shape intact, fighting to beautify it, taking care not to exceed the normal weight that corresponds to our age and height is not only an aesthetic desire but also a health one. It is much more effective to burn off what we consume through movement and exercise than to abstain from a proper diet. There are many methods to maintain the health of the body; the easiest is through balance. From the moment we want to heal the body entirely, we turn to natural treatment methods (do not rely on this statement, consult a doctor).

Pure light and infinite love be with us!
