Physical Beauty and Moral-Spiritual Elegance(part one)

Beauty, harmony, education, demeanour, behavior, feminity, elegance, and refinement. Beauty is the essential virtue of the feminine spirit and reflects in all aspects—physical, psychological, moral, and intellectual. Even if we work like men, we must never lose sight of our physical appearance, our beauty that we should illuminate with the radiance of our inner spirit. We must work towards a climate where beauty prevails. Therefore, we must do everything possible to perfect ourselves physically and mentally because there are women who want to remain young and beautiful. Maintaining youth and beauty cannot be conceived without these basic elements: rest, sleep, nutrition, and detoxification.

The daily activities, along with the worries and stresses that sometimes intervene in our lives, physically and mentally exhaust us, and fatigue is the alarm that warns us that toxins have accumulated in the body. Toxins can be caused by a sedentary lifestyle without exercise, inappropriate diet, insufficient breathing, excessive consumption of medication, sleepless nights, smoking, and alcohol.

But just as we know how to do a general cleaning in our home to give it a new appearance and freshness, we must proceed with a refresh of our interior and exterior—our own body and mind—that require attention and tenderness. For physical detoxification, one can resort to clay therapy or ganoderma therapy. These are the most well-known methods. Other methods of detoxification involve fruits or vegetables, but fruits are primary in nutrition. The fruit that detoxifies the body the best is lemon, and the vegetable that detoxifies the body the best is celery.
