The Soul Language: Intuition and Signs(part one)

Within a world of logic, pace and ever present overload of information, there lies a less recognized, more insidious aspect of human experience that still speaks and engages us: intuition. Intuition is often termed as an inner voice or a gut feeling, and, in fact, is a type of knowing that transcends an individual’s rational thought process. Companied with intuition, most individuals complain of receiving signs, meaningful coincidences, recurring symbols, dreams, or unanticipated occurrences, which they believe contain messages. Intuition and signs together constitute what may be termed as the language of the soul.

The awareness is not about giving up the reason but expanding the understanding of this language. It concerns learning to see the underlying layers of perception that affect our choices, feelings and the paths we follow in life. This quest calls us back to ourselves and to the possibility that there is something of significance beyond the visible.

What Is Intuition?

Direct knowing that comes without conscious thought is called intuition. It usually comes out of the blue, a feeling, a sense, a silent conviction that something is right or wrong. Such as, you could encounter someone, and you may immediately trust them or feel uncomfortable, and you could not tell why. This is the work of intuition.

Psychologically, intuition may be perceived as how the brain handles large volumes of information without conscious awareness. All experiences, observation, and memories are stored and can be easily accessed without conscious thought. In this context, intuition is the mind identifying patterns and making conclusions beyond the ability of conscious thought to do.

In a spiritual sense, intuition can be considered a contact with something beyond, the soul, higher consciousness or universal intelligence. Intuition in this perspective does not simply constitute a mental shortcut, but a significant guidance mechanism that assists us to be in our right track.

The Language of the Soul

The soul is not a communicator, as is the case with the analytical mind. Its words consist of emotions, pictures, impressions, and minor impressions. It is quiet and may need stillness and attention to listen to.

You may also occur in the instances when something just feels right or even feels wrong. Such sensations do not occur by chance; they may indicate being in harmony or disharmony with your inner being. When you are moving in a direction that feels meaningful and true to your values and purpose, you might feel comfortable, clear, or covert excitement. When you are not, it can be tension, resistance or uneasy.

The learning of this language entails being more responsive towards your internal states. It involves sincerity, attendance, and the readiness to believe in what is not necessarily explicable.

Pure light and infinite love be with us!
