The Aura of the Body (Part One)

The Etheric Body – The Double of the Physical Body

Knowing is very important. Everything begins with self-knowledge or one’s own spiritual evolution. The first step on the path to knowledge is discovering the place and role each person has in this divine arrangement. A person can change inwardly. In other words, habits, emotional states, and emotions can transform, moving from an inferior state to a superior one. Perfection is necessary for a person. In fact, there is never too much when talking about perfection. Uninterrupted striving is necessary. Those who are perfected can boast of the help received from God in acquiring virtues. Undoubtedly, the path of spiritual ascent is arduous, requiring continuous effort. To successfully navigate the path of spiritual growth, an exemplary teacher is needed. Alongside a spiritual guide, reading Orthodox writings is highly valuable throughout one’s journey on the spiritual path. God is the master of man. To make a good start in the process of spiritual growth, faith in God is necessary. This means that the teachings of Christ—the Gospel—must be perceived as true and internally accepted as such from the heart of the seeker.

The aura of the body is energy that surrounds the physical body. A healthy aura envelops the entire body. For a beneficial aura, calmness, the practice of positivity, silence, an activity that relaxes or delights you, and total acceptance of everything and everyone (God is everywhere!) are recommended. The aura varies from person to person.

  1. Positivity : Detoxification helps in forming positive thinking because it removes the old from the body. Positive affirmations transform you into a better person. Whenever you can, charge yourself with light. Simple! Or look at some images that seem positive to you, and your mood will immediately change. You can derive positivity from nature, from how you organize your house (order in the house) and your life (having at least some schedule, being mindful of the people around you). When I understood how important positivity is in a person’s life, I decided to write these lines.
  2. Silence: True silence is the abandonment of chatter, both external and internal. It is a conversation with God. Silence heals depression, placing you in a state of inner peace. Do not think that to learn silence, you necessarily need to seclude yourself or go into the deep wilderness. You learn it much better among people through emotional experiences (awareness and acceptance of emotional experiences). Let us clothe ourselves in the garment of the inner person, which is the garment of silence. Greater silence is recommended. Through the virtue of silence, the peace of the soul is preserved. Wise is the one who lives in complete silence, as I said above, both internally and externally. Silence is unceasing prayer and the mind’s abiding in God.

The most fascinating object of study for humanity is the human being, and this subject is so vast and so important that nothing should be neglected in facilitating access for those who are thirsty for this knowledge to the entirety of teachings that have accumulated up to the present.

The existence of the subtle bodies has always been known.

The Etheric Body

The etheric body is the vehicle of prana—vitality. It absorbs prana and sends it to all regions of the body. The colors that distinguish it are violet-gray and blue-gray. Its structure is very complex, being formed from a multitude of currents. The maintenance of the body’s health is determined by the purity of the etheric body. The etheric body contains all the information and energies necessary for the functioning of the human body. When the etheric body separates from the physical body, physical death occurs.

Everything belongs to God!
