4) Meditation
Meditation is a great way to reconnect with your mind and spirit. It is recommended to sit in a comfortable position, play relaxing music, and light scented candles. Then, focus on your breathing. Observe your inhales and exhales. Take a few deep breaths. You will notice many thoughts coming to mind. Let them come and go freely. You can remain in this state to enjoy the present moment or engage in a meditation practice that, through your imagination, separates you from your ego and connects you with your Higher Self, intuition, and spiritual guides. Daily meditation exercises are recommended for 10 minutes. Some people enjoy meditating in the morning right after waking up to stay in a good mood throughout the day. Alternatively, you can meditate before bed to release all the negative energy accumulated during the day.
5) Energy Cleansing
Inside each of us is an energetic body of light. Throughout the day, this energetic body absorbs the experiences and energies of others. Some of these will energize you, while others will drain your energy. However, you can restore your energy by becoming aware of it and taking a few steps to rebalance it. Here are some quick energy-cleansing methods:
- Take 10 deep breaths: Deep breathing releases tension from the body and oxygenates the blood. It also dispels feelings of anger, fear, or depression. On the exhale, say the mantra: “I release energies that do not serve me,” and on the inhale: “I breathe in love. I allow love and light to dwell within me.” Continue until you feel a relaxation throughout your being, and then add on the inhale: “I breathe in love,” and on the exhale: “I breathe out love,” because what we exhale, others inhale.
- Take a hot shower followed by a cool one: Water has purifying powers both physically and energetically. While bathing, repeat: “I remove all negative energies from my body. I am filled with Love and Light from the Universal Source.” Imagine the water as white light surrounding you with love and protection.
- Say a prayer.
6) Gratitude
Gratitude is one of the highest vibrations in the Universe. Gratitude can raise your vibration in seconds. Regardless of what is happening in your life, you can find something to be grateful for. Even when something bad happens, try to find the blessing in the situation. Write down 10 things you are grateful for every morning or evening. These can be simple things you enjoy every day. Here are a few examples:
- I am grateful that my family loves me and that I can count on their love and support in any situation.
- I am grateful for the people who challenged me today because they gave me the opportunity to grow spiritually.
- I am grateful for my health.
- I am grateful to have the coziest and most comfortable robe.
- I am grateful to have enough money to buy organic food.
When you become aware of all these blessings in your life, you begin to function on different frequencies and radiate more positive energy, attracting more blessings into your life. When you feel grumpy, sad, guilty, or full of fears, start counting the blessings in your life. You’ll see the situation is not as bad as it seems.
7) Keep a Journal
Writing down your thoughts helps you process them better. Expressing yourself, even on paper, can be a therapeutic exercise. It can also offer a perspective on who you were and how far you’ve come. You can use a journal to record your daily blessings and express your thoughts. This helps raise your vibration because, instead of storing negative feelings in your body, you release them by putting them on paper. At the same time, it can help you find solutions and organize your thoughts logically. You can write anything in your journal. This is a therapeutic exercise.
