Never BELIEVE that you are sick, even if 10 doctors and 100 tests tell you so. These are not valid because what YOU BELIEVE is the SUPREME AUTHORITY governing your body! No one external can make your body sick—only your own thoughts can. No one can change your mind unless you give them permission and are conscious of it. A mind that is not at peace within the body projects its guilt outward, onto the body, and this guilt is transformed into illness.

This is somewhat like when we feel anger within ourselves and begin to project that inner anger onto others through insults or aggression. Guilt means death, just as love means life. The body’s ability to heal cannot be purchased from a pharmacy or an expensive private clinic—it is FREE and resides within your mind!

Healing happens naturally as a result of releasing destructive emotions (freeing the energy behind them) and erasing the deeply ingrained false beliefs in your subconscious. If material wealth brought health, then all rich people would be healthy. HEALTH is the result of positive mental attitudes, originating in the field of consciousness, and reflects the LEVEL OF CONSCIOUSNESS expressing itself in the physical realm! Health is our natural state of being.
