Vipassana Meditation
It is one of the meditation techniques. It is the oldest meditation in India. Vipassana is a path of self-transformation through self-observation. It is based on observation, which dissolves mental impurities. The word “vipassana” means to see things as they really are. It is the most important meditation because, through this technique, one can achieve full enlightenment.
Heart Meditation
Our heart is the only organ connected to the Divine. Through meditation, compassion for others and the ability to accept ourselves increase.
Transcendental Meditation
It is a meditation technique. Peace, bliss, and tranquility meet spiritual renewal so that the practitioner can “transcend” reality by emptying the mind. It originated in India and has its roots in Hinduism. It resembles a religion because the practitioner repeats the same words.
When we think of the expansion of consciousness, we refer to educating the mind, which leads to emptying it in order to be in harmony with ourselves.
