A Clear Mind – Spiritual Freedom

One of the most important dimensions of many people’s lives is their spirituality. Personal freedom is the ability to feel what you want. Freedom is individual, not collective. Take the good internal states and the things that awaken your curiosity and materialize them in your life. To be free, you must be moral because then you will not have dilemmas about what is right and wrong. If you do the right thing for the right reason, all parts of your being will be in harmony and will act perfectly. From intelligence springs the freedom of the mind. Freedom is at a mental level. The truth cannot be studied in books. You need to sharpen your intelligence. You are born as freedom. This freedom is spiritual.

The way we think and interpret the world influences what we feel and our psychological state at any given moment. Through images and sounds, we can transform the functioning of our minds and eliminate the unpleasant emotional experiences we had in the past. The chemistry of our brain is affected by how we interpret events through thinking. Our psychological state shows how the brain’s chemistry is acting at any given moment. Our beliefs determine how we perceive the universe. As a result, we never perceive the world as it is. The way we perceive the world is not how it really is, but just our representation of the world. This representation will depend on our beliefs, values, past experiences, and the mood we are in at any given moment. Reality is subjective.

One of the most important freedoms we have is the freedom to view a situation from multiple perspectives. When something happens in our world, what we think about it and how we perceive it will determine how we act and what decisions we make regarding it. The representation of spiritual freedom is through virtue. When we deal with spiritual freedom, we can also talk about dignity, tolerance, humanity, gentleness, reconciliation, forgiveness, and implicitly balance. Without balance, there could be no spiritual freedom. Only a balanced person can be spiritually free. A person who truly loves (empathic with everything around him) can also be spiritually free. Spiritual freedom is about loving more and judging less.

In an increasingly perfect society, spiritual freedom is recognized. This spiritual freedom begins to make sense. Spiritual freedom is linked to other freedoms: freedom of expression, religious freedom, etc. A harmonious life means spiritual freedom. Develop your consciousness.
